There is no working culture. You may say this is a fraud company. Company do not want to pay their employees and their contractors for their work. This company is a group of few relatives who work only for their profit. Such company should be closed so that none can suffer.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Management do not value individual's unique strengths.
