Very bad experience 1)salary structure is very low 2)very indiscipline environment 3) getting salary is not to the right time, working on 2months then get salary only for 1month. Very horrible company.I suggest to you don't go this company

...Educare Pvt Ltd. They gave fake promises to both their students and employees. They don’t provide your salary on time. They dont provide you any kind of documents regarding your job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, i get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It’s a fake company.Students are just cheated.Work culture was very bad,Salary not in time.HR manager Saikat Gupta very lose in character.So don’t join this company.
