I am working at the Kolkata office and thank god some of the nuisances have to leave the company on 31st March 2023. They were not doing the work and even if they were doing it, it was poor work and because of them other team members had to rework. One of them was taking leave every week and went north for vacation before exiting fooling his coworker and spoiling the projects. The client spoke negatively a lot about his name but he was the most careless person In the team. This is the reason why this person is doing the same work for many years without growing. His batch mate has grown a lot compared to him. One of them called himself a manager but he never had any qualities of a manager. he just wanted to work from home against the company policy. It is good for the company that they exited on time and I personally feel bad for the company where they will work because they will not stay there too more than a year because of their nature and keep on spoiling the projects.

Salary structure I get salary on last day of the month Company helps and reimburse medical expenses for family I like the projects level and company quality standards. I am learning too much.

Only one thing I did not like is few people ( fortunately those trouble maker are out of company from 31 March). There were 3-4 people one of them called himself BIM coordinator and one of them called him self electrical manager. They created mess and other have to clean up. One of them was caught and he ran away on vacation to north india for long time. I personally saw them not working and taking other people’s work credit. I think. They can not stay in any company for long time because they always crib but don’t want to work honestly. I hope my company will pass their track record to next or next to next company when company will be asked for employee verification. Muje lagta hai ki dusri company ko pata chalana chahie about them. We are blessed that those people are no more in the company. Rest all seems good and I like abut company.

The only thing I like about ASC is colleague and Salary hikes. Extra Pay for weekend work.

The only one thing we do in office is work-work and work!! There is nothing like Annual Party, Festival Celebration, Annual Tour. Management only talks about your work and the extra leaves you have taken. Management has to be better in terms of leaves and attendance policy. More restrictions than other BIM companies.

5 day working. Very good salary structure. Lots of learning in various software's such as Revit, Autocad, Trimble Sysque, Dynamo, Fabrication(revit/cad), Revizto, etc. Also very humble, motivating & down to earth director.

Office timing is 11.00 AM to 08.30 PM (9.5hrs).
