Meri two month ki salary nahi diya call kar kar ke presan ho Gaya. Avi thak 50 mail kar Chuka hu please es company me join mat karna . Oner achha hai par Camcho se pre san hai .

Nothing was there to be liked by any employee to work with that organisation as in any site there is lack of man power due to which they are unable to complete there work as per work plan & by virtue of which they start putting double pressure to an employee to complete 5 day work in 1 day.

Dislikes

Work culture, Salary payment status, Fooding, Office Politics etc. etc. For there strict work culture they are unable to restrict any employee with them more than 2 months. In my 4 months tenure I observed few, higher level employees came only for one day, after watching the work culture they fled away to there previous company 😁😁 Only those employees who came here after proper resigning from previous employer are staying with hard feeling & search for new one. After getting new job they also fled away from ASC. Salary payment status: You have to work there free for first 2 months as they will hold your first two months salary. After two month completion you will get your first month salary & after resigning with proper notice period you will not get your 2 month salary. i.e. you have to lose two months salary by any how. In my case same was happened. So think twice before joining, will you willing to donate your two months salary to them or not. Fooding: In lunch you will get labour like lood such as dal without having any dal on it, will get vegitable in the name of cauliflower vegetable without having cauliflower on it but you can smell it 😁😁 Office politics: The project manager attracts his in-laws on the project as a admin who even don't know one word about administration. He is just surviving there only for his brother-in-law.

There is nothing to be liked about this company.Employees not get salary at month end.Senior accountant think I'm the owner of the company because they have good bond with boss .If you ask for any query from accounts deptt.Hq then they don't pick your call.Total fake company HR uses sweet words at the time of interview when I asked abt salary then they reply you will get monthy salry which is not fulfill when you joined this fake company.Sada hu kachda hai yeh company .

Accounts deptt.not solve any query .i.e salary,benefits and others. HR not reply to any sites employee mails . I have send 15 mails to HR head but no response came from that end. Employees feel strees month over month due to salry issue.

Nothing..they do not have any policy /there is no leave /they do not maintain labor law /they deduct salary .HR is worst .Buttering employees is very much appreciable in this company.Top level management does not pick call in case you leave the company.HR not follow any rule.I request to all join only when you not find job in any good or average company .

Politics Top level Management worst Delay in Salary for 5 to 6 months Account deptt. does not provide salary slips to their employees.
