I worked as a hospital pharmacist in asarfi hospital. It's good hospital many facilities avalable in this hospital I work covid (second wave) time. Other staff is very friendly management are too good behavior and by nature. I gain more knowlege from this hospital doctors are too good in this hospital. Now a day I have open my own pharmacy.... Thank you

Great place to learn, specially for freshers. The variety of work and challenges that you can come across at Asarfi, rarely will you find in any other organisation. There are ample opportunities to learn and you will find a great mentor who is actually the CEO of the company. You will learn a lot from him. Overall, a good place to start your career if you are a resident of Dhanbad.

Dislikes

Some people in the organisation (like every other organisation) is absolutely uncooperative. If you are from a good college and perform well, they see you as a threat and will try to find opportunities to give you a bad rep. It's a hospital so the number of women working is quite high (nurses, paramedics etc.), hence try to remain professional and as long as you are within the periphery of the hospital.

The company was open to new things and easily adopts it.The work environment was good.I had an oppourtunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.It was a good experience to work as an Front Office Receptionist/Counseller.

Dislikes

As such nothing was there to dislike it was per the standard of the place and people.
