Even though the pay is alright, they do not provide much hike in the payment. Ever since this organisation commenced its functioning in 2013, they have fixed a particular amount as payment (hourly) and they haven’t revised it yet.

It is well organized and they are always ready to address the concerns. The Management, HR are always approachable and they are willing to address the concerns of an employee.

Dislikes

Sometimes, at the time of Crediting the salary the miscommunication with the employer always persists but they would ensure the salary is credited without fail. The Hikes are a matter of concern which keeps career growth at standstill.

...ng to he fact that I've been contracted by then to work for Wipro as the client. The employer is punctual when it comes to processes and salary disbursement. HR department is helpful, no grudges.

The low ratings are because of I've been contracted by the employer to work for client Wipro, do I haven't had experience with such factors.

... culture at the is good.. coming to asap ome one of the horrible consultancies.. salary will not be on a specific date it completely depends on client approval..If ur client didn't approved soon it will be delayed. The managers and their staff is pathetic.. they will not have time to meet you.. overall once in get in try to get enrolled to your client soon.. if you resign forget about your releasing letters and other documents coz they will not give it..

Worst employees .. they won't need what u do to them all they need is money they get from client

We were getting Sodexo coupons before getting merged to Teamlease.

It was good company.Applied again during Covid 19 pandamic as rehire policy is there.The company was not providing me hike.They were giving me less than last CTC.
