ASA has been an overall good experience. I spent around 4 yrs here. Despite the nature of work involving constant deadlines, the work atmosphere and work life balance was good. Few divisions like ABS, ASR, etc. worked for stretched hours more often than not. The firm is also leveraging on technology and thus it is a good place to learn and grow up to a certain period.

Dislikes

I strongly feel management should have focused more on people actually than just saying it aloud that they are people centric. Even when they saw that WFH has helped their teams, they preferred to call back employees amidst pandemic.
