No work life balance Give excessive pressures on articles. No cooperation to Articles. Baised Managers are very bad at ASA. High level of politics in office. Unnecessary meetings. No scope for growth as client base is not good.

Fairly a good place to work or start your career,employees are very supportive and they engage in lot of extra activities like weekly knowledge enhancing sessions, and team meets and outings. Overall a good place to start working.

In my experience I noticed, they do not properly vet before hiring a person for decision making roles which in turn lead to huge chaos in the smooth functioning of the work. Which is a major con from my view point.
