Even I am not a team player but individual I have grown so much because of the teammates because they are so supportive. The environment here is good .

...ing that money on non profit projects . Management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

This is Fraud company.. Benefits only for director and chairman only. Remaing customer and employees not benefitd.

Good friendly environment right from top management to the bottom. Work culture is good . It takes good care of each & every employee in person & helps them out as the need arises. Appraisals are fair n raise is given every year. It's a Growing Company.

Dislikes

Some people play politics but in the end all are co-operative n friendly. Tension prevails only if work is incomplete, else u can keep going.
