In my team general account [women] manager is good and motivated but assistant account manager [men] ,he is rude and demotivate the fresher employees while doing some errors. The management's remove the men asst account manager the entire team or office have been developed or achieve growth to next stage easily .He support office politics and he gave some favorism to individual people who acts as sombu or jawlara to that manager .The one toxic can spoil the whole office.
