Nothing is to like when working in Aryans Group of Colleges

Dislikes

The management is not good. They don't treat their employees well. Neither is the salary, working conditions. They just recruit teachers not for teaching but for admissions.

I just hate the company like hell, Our boss mr.cp sharma hasnt given our 3 months salary and after some time we came to know that once he was supplying girls. i am really pissed off with this no body helped us for giving back our 3 months salary, not even the IAS/ IPS officers of gujarat. Shame on you the people of gujarat.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
