...yee. Each employees are insured by school for accidental insurance free of cost. Proper PF system is there, salary advance and loan facility, management encourage for higher education and provide loan and also no salary cut for examination leave. This is like heaven for me after working at least 6-7 schools previously. School is technically very advance also school provide free residence with free 100mbps wifi in residence with free electricity. Also school campus is fully wifi and free for employees and visitors. We save lot of money in data. The new director is well qualified and having decade of experience in multinational company abroad and very empathetic towards performing employees and at the same time very tough for politician and non- performer and time passer.

Dislikes

There are few teachers and employees for long time and they always play politics and try to take new employees against school and management. Management should not bear and do something.

Nothing is good. Very biasd partial and judgemental behaviour of the director...gender based school environment,too much of politicals games played on each other and nothing is fair be it interms of work salary or progress.....One who keeps quiet is the one who moves forward.for the ones raising their voice actions are taken.there is not value for the employess

Nothing much.. it's buisness for making money only for owners.

Nothing is in school. It's have no future. Teachers comes and go with the same pace. Too much politics and back bitting. Less paid salary. If you will ask for increment they will start searching other teachers. As fresher you can join. Else nothing is there.
