Micromagnet, the company, is still relying on traditional methods. The product prices are very high compared to what is available in the market. Toxic environment and when you leave the company you have to face a lot of problems. My suggestion is that if any new employee is coming to this company then join thoughtfully. The company should change senior management at the regional level
