No job security, work culture is also not good, Management never stay on their words , toxic environment.

Dislikes

Salary date is not fixed and management doesn't understand Teachers problem and no Common leave or medical leave in a month, way of talking is also not gud of the management , so much expenses related to the management's family functions.

Well nd good environment , job secured and salary are too much good according to area , conveyance facilities are very comfortable and we can learn here many new things.

Dislikes

Working hours are too much sometime and there are no fix time of dispersal.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Colleges are supportive and the management is responsible and transparent. Organisation policies are good, financial appraisal and promotions are fair.

Dislikes

My current organization is very good and they treat their employees as their family members & head (principal) of the organisation is very humble and down to earth.my overall experience is very good with them
