The local management of the Eastern Region is extremely unprofessional and non-cooperative in terms of staff handling. They don't even listen to the problems faced by the staffs in Assistant grade. No incentives are provided even if the targets are achieved.

Company provides training to employees and have good work environment and used to pay salary without any delay every month, and have provided safety measures in this covid 19 and the only problem in this covid 19 is deducted salary untill the situation becomes normal.. and delay in salary since April 2020.. and Growth opportunities are very less..

Training part not that much great which I expected.it should be totally practical, compensation and benefits are not satisfactory, it's hard to balance your personal life, you won't get time for your personal life due to heavy work load. HR department not that much supportive. When you will ask for leaves they will say no to leaves and say who will work without you and you are the only one who are here to do all the things,But on appraisal time they will say you are not working and you are not completing your work properly.. Thanks
