Training part not that much great which I expected.it should be totally practical, compensation and benefits are not satisfactory, it's hard to balance your personal life, you won't get time for your personal life due to heavy work load. HR department not that much supportive. When you will ask for leaves they will say no to leaves and say who will work without you and you are the only one who are here to do all the things,But on appraisal time they will say you are not working and you are not completing your work properly.. Thanks

Company is too good. They send salary to all the employee account on timely.They give the opportunity to their staff to get grow...

This company is too good to work.You can get external knowledge while working But there some people i am not talking about globle staff but a manager.There is some manager who has some attitude of their post.They don't let go their staff suggestion to ordanary level...

Pay, biasness in teams, hierarchy, non - inclusive , over work and under pay. No compensation for overtime. No other benefits. AC doesn't work. Small cafeteria. Over population. No team outings or entertainment to motivate employees. No appreciation.
