Training part not that much great which I expected.it should be totally practical, compensation and benefits are not satisfactory, it's hard to balance your personal life, you won't get time for your personal life due to heavy work load. HR department not that much supportive. When you will ask for leaves they will say no to leaves and say who will work without you and you are the only one who are here to do all the things,But on appraisal time they will say you are not working and you are not completing your work properly.. Thanks

Arvind lifestyle brands Ltd. Is very nice company. Which is getting salary time to Time ,don't be late salary & getting PF, ESI, & uniform , n employee discount on merchandise in All Arvind brands, n getting gift & rewards on festival. Company is awesome & getting work huge employee.
