We have got very very less support in COVID-19 lockdown period.

...loyees. Pay cut & employee termination was the biggest concern in the workplace. Every day we're worried about job security, Even after store opening also we are not getting a full salary, 50% salary also we are not getting on time. My humble request to company & organisation this is not the situation for P&L calculation. Pls, take care of employees, employees will take care of company P&L.

Pay, biasness in teams, hierarchy, non - inclusive , over work and under pay. No compensation for overtime. No other benefits. AC doesn't work. Small cafeteria. Over population. No team outings or entertainment to motivate employees. No appreciation.

My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.
