Nothing . Pathetic company to work for . Please never join this organisation. They don’t give salary on time. Don’t give relieving letter because they are not NBFC . They don’t have that certificate . Plus they don’t deposit PF and TAx as well . They will deduct it from your salary but never pay the entity’s .

...give support to everyone. It is a good working office and motivated environment. We get appraisal and bonus every year on time which I really like. Company is growing fast to become big. Seniors are respectful and help to learn new things.

Arth is a great company with lot of responsibilities and very good learning curve. Best part is you get hands on really large and industry level projects following microservices and event driven architecures. Great place for aspiring engineers.
