4 Guys have all the autonomy. The Managing Partner and 3 Top level guys are exempted from everything. They have a pet-dog in the HR whos job is to fundamentally keep an eye on what you are doing. They record everything and hear every conversations.

There is nothing I liked about AVF. Even if I liked, everything got invalidated.

Dislikes

The company is lying a bunch to people about their motto. The founder, Anirudh Damani is all talk and no substantial work. Sandesha and Jashank are full of themselves and they do not trust anybody who joins them. Look at the retention rate, they treat people like an experiment.
