There is nothing to like here. I absolutely regret joining here.

Dislikes

1. They don't pay salary on time. There is no fixed date for salary, and you can expect your salary to be released after the 20th (it can be more than that as well) of every month. Which means you'll work for a minimum of 1 month and 20+days to get your one-month salary. (Note: HR lied to me that the salary is released before the 7th of every month, even though the appointment letter clearly mentions the same still you'll never get your salary on 7th or before). 2. Here, you will be working on any random projects or tasks that are not even related to your job profile, and on top of that, you're expected to do them perfectly. 3. You'll be treated as an office boy (no matter what position you're hired for), and you'll be sent to deliver or receive things here and there with your own vehicle using your own petrol, they do promise that you'll be reimbursed (which is a clear lie; I was never reimbursed for petrol expenses amounting around Rs. 500 that I incurred while delivering things for them). 4. The biggest issue is that you can't leave the company on your own will (even after serving the notice period); they will force you to stay by any means. 5. The second biggest issue is that if somehow you manage to leave the company after all formalities (either on good terms or bad), they will hold your full and final payment indefinitely. During my time, I saw many ex-employee come to the office, begging for their payments to be released. 6. After 5 months of leaving the company and not being able to get my full and final payment, I filed a case in the Labour Court, and after the next 2 months, I was finally able to get my full and final payment thanks to the Labour Court in Dehradun.

The company is work is new technology get new idea of any field any problem get the solution because In this company employee is extra ordinary minded all employee open minded and Boss open minded behave friendly and do motivate any work and company atmosphere is good.
