...fer a lot. Management just used to play passing the ball while taking decisions. And most importantly, the salary delay. Without asking for the salary, they will not pay you. Every employee has to ask salary to HR and directors, then only it will be released. And that too they will pay according to your requirements of work. If there is no work pending with you, then you won't get salary. If they are having work with you or there is no option/replacement for the work, then they will pay. Very bad working culture. Every employee just used to talk about salary every day. The work environment is too negative. Employees have to surrender work for getting paid. It is my own experience of many years and won't courage/refer anyone to join this organization.

Salary culture is not there The Directors of Artefact are not paying salaries to their employees timely. About 3-4 months salaries are pending of all employees after resignation they are not paying FNF also

They always kept our 5-6 month salary in pending. And when we resign from job... They will never release... Means we have to donate our 5-6 months salary to this company.... Shame on them

Worst company to work never paid salary. They took my 7 month salary before joining this company check all the reviews.

Dislikes

Worst HR who ask you to leave company coz company don’t have funds to pay employees. They hire you on high package which they never paid
