Graphics development team is good. Location is good to reach. Good for chamchagiri and hanji-hanji type candidates. You will find good person at low level only..like Peon, Office boy and some design team people.

Worst ever management. Biased n non standard salary structure. No job security. Politics. No Growth. Mental torcher. Very arrogant behaviour of upper management persons. Sanjeev Agrawal is worst ever and senseless and chamcha. I advise not join this company.

...re than talented ones just because they are older in age working for more years. Salary and expenses are never on time. Expect delay of approx 2 months in expenses from your pocket

Couple of employees were good but they also left the company and very few left now. Amit Sharma ji, Awadhesh ji, Hari ji, Manoj bhai, Romit ji and few from other teams were too good people. Now only few from designing and sales team people are left good. HR is also good, but they down own any power. MD & CEO are bit good sometime. Good is, you can work in office as much as u can (after office hours, without pay).

Not for GET to Manager level person. Above it good looks good for salary only, but have to face hectic people. Toxic culture. Good people already left the company or kicked off as new arrogant, unprofessional and credit taker COO welcomed, which i observed. Also, If you have worked dedicatedly 364 days, but not only for 1 day, then you will be bullied and asked to resign, make u feel "why I'm working dedicatedly?, why I'm using my valuable skills?". 'Zero value' for working extra hours, late evening at office without any pay, of-course. No appreciation for extra efforts and skills. Unequal salary. Some receives very high and some very low. However they serve work almost same. Even lower salaried person dedicate more. Politics in getting promotion. Favoritism at max. Don't joint Software team, at least. There is high politics and favoritism. Very slow account division. Takes months to get clear expenses. Things got worsen in last couple of months or maybe in a year. Company can get back to his market value and target revenue if they recruit their team back.

Only facilities and power given to the ones closer to the upper management, full on biasness.

Dislikes

Whole culture has changed and no appreciation or recognition of your work.... Only the ones who flatter and lionize the upper management will be seen as hard working and given WFH and other benefits.

Dislikes

1) Zero training.. They expect you to perform at sites independently from first month without providing any training. 2) zero communication..there is no transperency between manager(software) & leads here.. Due to lack of communication by them, if engineer does some mistake then they would put whole blame on you. 3) last& most important... TOXIC work culture especially in software team.. They would insult you in public if you do any small mistakes & if you reply them back then they expect you to be silent... If you answer them back then they would mentally torture you till that extent that at the end you will resign.
