... an opportunity somewhere else. You don't get in hand salary of what they claim. Most of chunk is credited in variable pay and they say that you'd only receive it when company performs even if employees give their 200%

Promotions and appraisals seem to rely entirely on your relationship with the manager,rather than your skills or performance.if you're not in manager favor ,your career will stagnate.the toxic politics leave no room for growth or progress worst management.
