There are many, but I am going to try to give my best undivided opinion... Here goes: 1) Management is a joke. They have made a pact, and you don't believe twisted sense of moral, you don't belong. Micro managing even the smallest thing is pathetic. Any complaints made are never heard or ignored but always kept in mind. They want to get things in a hook or crook way. Ignorant responses for a customer oriented company. Cliche. 2) When a Manager becomes a Manager by luck and not by proving whatsoever, you'll find a disaster like Ram, he reverses the issues you reported against you. He even threatened me, and accused me of wrong doings because I had complained about his favourite team lead and it's not just me, there have been several others that's affected by this TL's behavior. What a pathetic guy. He accused me of my performance while awarding 10 percent hike, you see what I am saying? Bunch of snowflakes with fake attitudes. Nothing reaches the employees. It's stopped in the management pact and never ever reaches employees. No team outing, no Extra curricular activities, food is as usual, there was one annual day function which was celebrated on a Wednesday while the employees were working. Utterly irresponsible and ignorant management. Work is good, but tends to get monotonous and boring. If you got too many loans, and are okay to stay with the snowflake pacts, you are welcome to join this company. All the best.
