HR policy ni hai koi. Koi bhi communication kisse krna hai first day kuch pta nahi hai. First day hi apko esa treat kra jayga aap next day jao hi na. Bond sign krna compulsory hai bolke apko mail krke bola jayga ki kow salary pr sign ni hota. Culture is very poor. Politics bahut jyda hai. I gave 0 rating to this.

I don't even want to give a single star to the company as It doesn't deserve any, very poor and toxic work culture, favouritism and what not. Nothing is good here in this company and will be proved as a mistake when you join here at any position as there are no growth opportunities and nothing to be learned here......

Lack of training, no team work, no coordination among peers, no work life balance, no team spirit, fake promises done each day, toxic work culture, etc.....etc.....

In this company there is no skill development for the employees, nor they are trained, just Target pressure from top management and no team work as well. Think ten times before joining here......
