Procurement Dept staffs are very cooperative and well coordination and excellent communication related with project staffs . We can trust that all req material will be delivered at site in very short duration by procurement dept and project will not get delay because of un availability of material.

Dislikes

No team work. Finding and Blaming mistakes after completion of excuted activity . Unskilled foreman and site Engineers controlling site which would minimze the productivity as well reducing bill amount finally. Management is not allowing contract basis work (taka) by their company workers and supporting daily duty timing basis (full day)which will make poor productivity of work and delay the project completion period also.
