strict timing 9:30 to 6, very low rate of appraisals and promotions, only management has all the rights, department heads have all the rights and they are enjoying all perks of organisation. Lower staff success is very rare

One of the worst organisations to work with. They don’t have any HR policy, full of fraudulent activities, treat their employees as expendables at their whims and wishes. One man show for HR who is pathetic in knowledge and work discipline. Senior staffs are relative of owner and thus show their might although they are total illiterate.
