1. One staff,employee handles so many responsibilities, 2. Suddenly deputed , assigned to other work which is not the staff's domain. 3. The recruitment , HR does not place proper qualified person for proper post or designations are differ from qualifications.. Lower qualified , less eligible persons are posted for higher posts. 4. Annual Salary increment is not as per satisfaction & is not justified with result oriented & skilled staff. Chances of partiality in salary increment.
