APS institute follows the motto -'Always Be A Learner'. It gives me immense pride that I've always been a part of Army school, first as a student and now as a Science teacher. Working in APS provides you skill development and helps in your growth. You get a alot of opportunities and responsibilities which enhances your thinking power as well as your personality. You work with the best teachers of the nation as they'd appointed after qualifying alot of exams and interviewing sessions. So, you definitely learn much working with them. Campus is always the best airy, prompt, full of greenry, clean and disciplined because it's Army !!

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but one need to be CSB qualified. Until you are not CSB qualified you work on adhoc basis which means no increment, no pf and no salary of summer vacations. Adhoc time period is only for one year then again next year you've to appear for written exam and interview conducted by the school. Even if you are CSB qualified, you are hired only for 3 years after that again you have to appear for the interview in your region. Major disadvantage is qualifying CSB doesn't give assurity for permanent job, it's only school's personal affair.

Dislikes

Colleagues are always cooperatives. Career growth is limited. Salary is not at all satisfactory. In fact teachers not even got their PF; Gratuity and Medical allowance; Travel allowance

All the army schools are well equipped with latest technology, well experienced faculty,salary is is more than any other public school. For teachers trainning every year FDRC is conducted.

On local interview basis salary is just half than a contract base selected teacher.

As a teacher I like teaching with tachnology , safe atmosphere, training workshop

... after that again I have to appear in interview . Permanent policy is not good. Salary is not good

Nothing is positive except salary gets credit on time.

Everything is disastrous at APS Mhow, one will kill his/her personal life if joins there. Teaching staff also not supportive, few of the teachers will eat your job too. I suggest don't join APS Mhow at any cost.
