In that Office we have the problem in work-life balance . some times the salary will be credited later what date salary will be paid they'll said after the two or three days we received our salary.

Good atmosphere with good colleagues . Many prizes and cheer up for the telecallers who has done their target achieved .

Target fixed work and compulsion of finishing the targeted amount for collection . If not the salary will not be credited .

Arms Connect is the place where I learnt lot. 100% job security. Work culture and company policies are to be acceptable. Management is like the family and strict as well.

Dislike thing is that working on Sundays, Over pressure, slow growth, low income.

Company is good but manegment is the worrest they never fallow the office timing they never treat a girl in a respective way they don't know how to get a work from employees
