Salary not on time, deducted amount without any reason, always need to argue, i got my joining bonus 1 year after I leave the company, when I regularly push them otherwise forgot you pay.

It's really good environment to work with, Being a mother I can manage both my baby and work perfectly fine, That type of support we are getting in this organisation. There is no work pressure And it's very transparent company No politics nothing

Once you join in this company they will ask you to write positive reviews about the company in glass door and LinkedIn and share the screenshots to the HR manager. So for this company don't go by the reviews those are all fake. Very stressful work and environment and if you resign they will ask to wait for 45 days for full and . But after 45 days they won't give you the the full and final settlement .if you want to contact any of HR manager or the CEO of the company no one will respond to your call for emails or else tehy will ask you to send a mail to Accounts department. Management will ask employess to write positive reviews in the professional websites like glass door and LinkedIn. Then will fire you immediately if you wont submit 10 profiles in a row of three working days.

I think I waist my 1 work working with them. They made new rules every next week. Work environment, leaves policy, knowledge based things, motivation etc is 0 in Arminus. Even they not issue experience letter after 90days basis of urgent need as well. I will not recommend any one to work in Arminus. No work timings etc
