Worst manager and worst owner ever.

1. Offered 30% less salary than my previous job. Only reason why I went to the company was how politely mr owner spoke. 2.Being a fresher SQL developer with 1 yr of exp the job I did there was very hectic. For nearly 50 scada engineers I was the only SQL developer. For every new client I had to write more than 10 SPs..scada engg were not trained well..just to add new column or to even change color for SSRS report they used to send whole project back to me. Every day was a hell.Every day for new client I used to write more than 20 SPs .. 3. Work environment : for every 3 mints manager used to ask aytha aytha ( is it over? Is it over?). How is that even possible to concentrate on work with that kind of torture. 4.Salary: Only 1st month they gave Sal on time..every other month it was hell..I had to cry and beg for every month..I literally used to cry in front of HR & owner ..used to open my bank app & show them remaining 100rs balance & tell them that I don't have money for todays food.( why did I even stay in that comp for 6 months???) 5. I was so much pressurized that I reached a point where I couldn't even move my hands..even then manager couldn't stop giving me the hell lot of work. 6. The gal who was in my position before me ran in 1 day bcos of there rudness..I don't know why I did stay there till they send me termination mail..1 day aftr 5.5 months they sent me termination mail..till today I donno why.. 7. Today I work for very good MNC..even with much experience I don't work 10% of work I used to do there..There is lot to speak about how they all ill-terated me..it took 2 owners, 1 manager, 1 HR to harass me..they have even blocked my review on Google... 8. Even when i went to office to take my last month Sal with ma mom & grand father(bcos of how they used to treat me for every month's Sal)..the owner asked HR to call police and give complaint on me. He said that's his wish to take me to job & fire me..

Join this company only if 1. you are struggling to start your carrier 2. you aim only for experience letter without any salary expectation 3. have plans to join better company later. 4. you are ok with their racial discrimination 5. hell lot of work pressure. 6. unintimidated midnight & weekend work. 7. Ok with their abusing behaviour towards you.

1. Full of Tamilians 2. Lot of work pressure 3. No funds, no salary. Fake promises till they get their work done. Don’t fall for their mellifluous words they use to make you join their company. 4. Owner tries to pose as a good person & frames workers under him.

... you work Overtime without any overtime salary and give you very less salary 7) The increment is 1000 per year,until you reach to get basic salary package you ll be 50+ years old 8) Zero benefits from the company,they will tell you they will provide, but never give you any thing 9) Freshers are not even treated well,they make you feel like you are their Slave 10) No benefits are available,even i didnt have PF

Management is not clear on the vision of the company. They hire people like crazy and they will not utilise the talent or domain expertise. The day to day work depends on the mood of the manager. Sometimes, manager will be upset and he will yell at the people. Sometimes it will be cool approach. Mood of the management is unpredictable. Manager work like engineer and he will talks about management concept and questioned why it's not followed. There will lot of spies kept in each team to monitor the people. There is no clear expectation set to the people who joined in the leadership position.

I like this organization, because really its need a strong knowledge person to streamline the process in all the department.

Dislikes

...experienced and corporate worked people since their is not systematic work flow. Their is no Bonus, No Increment, No systematic workflow, No Knowledge to fix the escalation, Particularly If you are leaving the company they will treat like enemies. If they terminate you their will not be any compensation salary (Notice Period Salary). 28 people left within one year, 5 hr left the job. Actually it is not like company. Think twice before joining.
