No job security. Company works on one boss. Boss checks employee attendance alwys. Boss always track you. Boss treat you as a slave always Boss never hesitate to insult you in front of everyone. No friendly nature in company. Everyone work understand afraid of boss. According to me you should never work here otherwise you will always have mental stress, physical tiredness and tension of boss and work. And the company product is so worse that it's made of very low quality. For each and everything you have to go to the boss directly. Boss mean owner of company.

No job security, MD is very rude, no work file balance, no HR policies, terminates the employees with no reason, based in MD's mood. There is no HR policy, it changes every moments, based on MD's mood

I have a job security with this company. Environment of company is excellent. I'm little bit upset about salary increment. Their is no politics in company. Work environment is excellent.
