Compensation is okay , they will try to be nice, company policies are good.

Dislikes

Never join this company as a consultant . Teammates will take credit of all your work . They will treat you like if you are going to steal company data and for that you have to re-work again and again and they will blame you for deadlines.

Likes

Flexibility to work.. just finish your work.. nobody really bothers when do you login or logoff.. If someone is from electronics background they can progress..

Dislikes

Uncertainty at upper management level related to their roadmap.. sometimes they abruptly abandon projects. Moreover if you are looking for functional safety job here, for 1 or 2 year it is ok. Mostly it is repeated work.

1. Great place for learning, they provide external training also if project demand. 2. RSU

1. Established company but still have startup type environment 2. Peoples are not supportive 3. Many engineers are lacking in skills still surviving and making other like tough 4. Bad appraisal system 5. Too much reorg and never ask engineer preferences 6. Food and cafeteria

There is nothing special, there is no Jon Security, no roadmap for Career growth, no learning curve or facilities provided for same, Work-life balance is worse. No proper WFH facilities etc, we need to work on anything they throw at us, it is nothing specific to what you were recruited for. Cafeteria food is pathetic and nobody bothers to improve it. gets worse day by day.
