Only one thing is that a person in this company has stolen many times before and none of the officials here before took any action.

Yha pe mujhe bahut kuchh sikhne ko milta h. Just like - testing, quality control and many more. And mai is lab ki yah policy bahut like karta hu.

Is lab me aisi koi policy nhi h jisko mai dislike karun. Ha but thodi si kuchh chize aisi hoti hain jo kabhi-kabhi achhi nhi lagti, just like-sallary ka 15 ke baad aana, mujhe achha nhi lagta 😄

It is a owner based mid sized organization. Beautiful facility, lot of freedom for you to learn technically and managerially.

There is no job security. If you are in good books of the Director you are safe.

The company is pioneer in steel fabrication industry in East Africa and a company of very large and diversified group. It has very big infrastructure in Tanzania and capable to executing jobs in Civil and Mechanical. Being registered as Class-1 capable of bidding jobs of any value. I have freedom for business development, marketing, tendering, and execution and lead all operations of the company except finance and HR.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, except that the opportunities in the market are very limited and Clients have developed an inclination to get work done through roadside mechanics level companies.
