Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ysical office, no designated seating space, and no semblance of professionalism. Not only is there no company board, but essentials like Provident Fund and salary accounts are also missing. It's astonishing to see a company operate in such a haphazard manner, with no regard for basic employee benefits or financial stability.The so-called managers seem to be clueless about their own field, especially when it comes to study abroad programs. Useless meetings and office politics run rampant, creating a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary stress and pressure. To top it off, the company seems to thrive on constantly changing office policies, adding to the confusion and frustration of employees. Overall, my time with arkaiz has been a colossal waste, and I would strongly advise anyone considering employment with them to think twice.
