It's astonishing to see a company operate in such a haphazard manner, with no regard for basic employee benefits or financial stability.The so-called managers seem to be clueless about their own field, especially when it comes to study abroad programs. Useless meetings and office politics run rampant, creating a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary stress and pressure.
To top it off, the company seems to thrive on constantly changing office policies, adding to the confusion and frustration of employees. Overall, my time with arkaiz has been a colossal waste, and I would strongly advise anyone considering employment with them to think twice.
