There’s no work life balance as you are expected to work on weekends and also after office hours. The work culture is not organised and you are expected to work with full dedication without any direction. They are hiring alot of people without proper planning or JD.

The HR is a spoilt brat creating toxic work culture policies. Unethical moves and culture adopted. Most of the employees are resigning due to bad policies, biased work culture adoption. The management is under pressure to hire but HR is extremely unethical

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
