... culture is toxic. Many a times you need to stay in the campus for longer hours. And you don't get any compensatory off or any other compensation.

The only thing good about this workplace was the friends that I made there.

This is going to be a long list 1. They scam employees n also the students. 2. Salary is not paid till 15 n 20th of the month 3. They deduct 15-20% without any explanation. They deducted 40-50% of salary during covid time. Appraisal is done but still they pay the old amount. 4. No basic facility like cold water is available, the coolers r not cleaned. Electricity is hardly ever there. AC is installed but never works. 5. Washrooms r dirty 6. Illogical deadlined r given. 7. As per holiday calendar, 3rd is off. There has not been a single 3rd Saturday when off was given. 8. They just scatch poor people's money. 9. No education quality, infrastructure just to show off. Fans, projector dont work. 10. Ants everywhere on the desk.

Low Salary, University Managed by unprofessional, rude behavior & rustic language of senior & HR they Scold you , faculty staffs are selling passes & managing event unrelated work . I worked nearly 4.5 months till I got another offer my Software Industry then I left this job because they didn't give related post to my qualification , experience & knowledge . so many issued I faced here & never recommended to join this ARKA JAIN UNIVERSITY. after serving the notice period as per term & condition of the offer they even not provide my Experience letter . HR is another level not seen like this before , ask for leave they don't know , salary slipp they don't know . why HR department is here I don't know . don't join this university so many issues are here I written only some .

Good working Culture. Teammates are very Supportive and the management is transparent. In this pandamic situation there are very Supportive and motivate each and every employee.

Dislikes

...e is no growth in this organization. There is lot of politics for the new Comer. Salary is not satisfied as per qualification and no incentive to the employee. The hike also not good people work here because they are helpless.

This place is worst place for working due it's inner excessive politics and chaploosi... This place is infected with rats ... Don't even try to think to join here .. they are vampire, suck will suck your blood and swet, time, money even your dreams and make you their pet Dog.

Everything... All persons in this company are either kaam choor or chiuglobaaj ... Even Director are involved in this malous.... I spent 4 years here and I am telling you truth about everything...
