Need to take so much followup for everything.pathetic hr department.salary also not on time for that also need to take followup. they are not clear about the contract with client means this company don't know anything about client and at the time of joining they gave you all very suger coated promises and once you join they just ignore you so think before joining this froud company.

Expected to work over time if employee work after office hour he is the best performer and feels like study class and meetings happen after the shift time completed expected to be there and ceo feels like monarch

Everything is well before the Pandamic. Now actually they indirectly terminated us , saying that you are under Unpaid leave. At starting of Covid 19 time they said your jobs are safe , but all of sudden they terminated us n given only half salary for before month. Now our situation is worse, the people who are working from years n years trusting ARK Infotech n helped all these years came out of work n stood with empty hands . itz completely unfair to ARK.

Everything is well , everyone is good . there is no remark on ARK before the CORONA. But now u can imagine how they treated us .
