ARK gives the preference to our families also and providing leaves is really good. They are encouraging young talented persons very well. Salary timings are good.

Some people are using their power and torchered to their employees with their words broke the others hearts. If an employee resign their position even they are not ready to stop him and also they don't know the reasons to leave the company.

The culture of the company is good and the head of the company looks at everyone with one eye like the family and the salary comes on the last date of the month.

I do not like the absence of employee medical insurance in the company
