Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...e teachers.Right from the heads to the teaching staffs none of them are trained.They appoint teachers who are 10th or 12th pass and pay them peanuts.There hardly 7teachers in the school and they don't even have a proper timetable.Joining the school was the biggest mistake of my life.Tutions or classes are thousand times better than the Ark school.
