The salary is really low. And the company outings are really rare.

...learn things here. But the initiation should take from our side to learn things. Salary and other benefits are good here.Work Environment is also good. Job security is depend s upon our performance.If we work good, then our job is secure.

All are working well....but we can improve our output and growth much more if we discuss the issues and problems as a team without showing Ego and other personal issues.

Good food and accommodation, minimum work pressure, keeping good fellowship inside the worker and management staff

Taking more than two months to get an appointment letter or reliving letter,they can update many things but still following ancient strategies and technique. There are not utilize the maximum knowledge of employee's from the side of HRM service am not satisfied becouse of time lacking.
