Delay in Salary. Delay in Expenses for three or four months. Shouting nature of Management. Fake commitment with Customer. It's a blame game company and extreme politics. You will become mad within one year if you work here. No personal and family life. If you want to spoil your career then only join this company.

No salary as per your credentials and experience... loads of partiality and lobbying...hard working people are tortured and buttering people are pampered. Customers should be kept on head and pampered even if they are wrong...you have to forget your dignity and self respect and work here. There is huge bais in work n payment...HR is just for name sake ...women should be provided with better work environment... especially male colleagues are too intriguing and unprofessional...so it becomes uncomfortable to work as a female when we raise a complaint the clinical head always says "it's your fault"... Lots of unwanted politics and manipulation. No experience and skill development. They hide information and important details even in a one to one team... They make sales and clinical person fight and enjoy....poor culture....MNC with unprofessional work culture and employees...

As work thr is good salary,increment yearly,pf every month,attendance bonus every year,deepavali bonus ,weekly one holiday,yearly 12 holidays for festivals,we hav got an oppertunity to enter all the hospitals in our surrounding,especially in icu,micu,ot,wards.i m very happy in working in arjo huntlight pvt ltd thank u for giving an opportunity to work with u

Working environment is very good ,all collogues are helped in assigned staff, management level staff is also provides helping hands.

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is high.
