I love the fact that I am a part of a teem that making hight quality Steel product and has a global client base. I got opportunity to meet and working with the various cultural backgrounds and variable states, variable country people.

... Managers do not value an individuals, some times I taking bake my suggestions. Salary and appraisal percentage is low and appraisal rules will changing most of times.
