The company Work environment is nice and balanced. Safety culture and innovative ideas implementation's and Poke-yoke, QIS projects takings for increasing production and quantity. I love the fact that I am a part of a teem that making hight quality Steel product and has a global client base. I got opportunity to meet and working with the various cultural backgrounds and variable states, variable country people.

... Managers do not value an individuals, some times I taking bake my suggestions. Salary and appraisal percentage is low and appraisal rules will changing most of times.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love this company good salary sefty first production next everything is going good

Compensation is good growth also very good the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have 8 hours straight in a day

Their is no identification for the hard working people.Middle management is not good.

There is no proper salary structure they are not taking care of old employees.Middle management doing politics to get benifits (selfish) some managers are damaging the image of company.

...t maximum soft work members only, no concentration on field & shift members ... new recruited members will get more pay compare to present one

Dislikes

Tadipatri -- Location is the major concern. Children school depends on Ultratech company-- It's almost 15km from City and plant. Should not provide Quarters for all employees.
