First of all they have no sence and clarity to do with people which they hire and start givibg non sence work to them. Its just like ki jo profile aap ka hai wo kaam n krwa kr sab kaam aap ko krne pdenge.

This company is good and all the staff and owner here are also good. But the GM there has just turned the factory into a mess, that's why I am saying this because he deducts money from everyone.And all the contactors give commission to the GM, so if you complain to the GM, he doesn't even listen to you. That's why I had to leave my job there and I filed a claim against the factory. I was fired from the post. They made a claim against me that he is absent too much because he was afraid that he might take my post because I had to have personal meetings with the owner and Discussions started taking place with me regarding the factory and decisions were taken. So, seeing the opportunity, he threw me out and all the people were in agreement with it. The owner also knew about it, but They were forced to fire me because there was a threat of unionization and closure of the factory. That's why the owner thought that instead of closing the factory it would be better to fire one person, I came to know about this later.
