After confirmation you get 5% increment. 6. Very less salary deduction.(only PF and bonus and tax. Or ESI). 7. Attractive gifts in Diwali.

1. Increment is fixed for each posts. 2.No salary revision after promotion.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high quality products.but that company carrier growth is very poor cause team work is not working properly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work presser is very high sometimes I have to work 10-14 hours straight in a day.but manager do not value an individual, unique straight, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.

100% fake sale pushing stocks fake base just to do that target huge adjustment part you will lose your whole salary in adjustment, no future in this company

Not much to learn, ok for freshers. They don't give much hike or increment on salary. Please don't join ADL. The worst department in Aristo.

It's great working atmosphere, work culture is awesome, very helpful to learning new things which is very useful specially if you have great experienced ,skillful manager

There is lot of politics on higher level as well as internal . Salary is decent but career growth is slow due to higher management
