The terrible working like a dhor..Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Aristo is a good company in terms of investment to doctors .but salary is very very less and yearly increment maximum 18000. In orrisa ,line manager are not good .they always try to harassing peplo because Aristo company has no HR MANAGER . ORISSA HEAD treats as owner of the company.he always want to dominate every one like RSM to Psr. But, According to marketing strategy as per Indian market , investment is much better .

100% fake sale pushing stocks fake base just to do that target huge adjustment part you will lose your whole salary in adjustment, no future in this company

Management Stands with their employees shoulder to shoulder. Example is advance full month salary , mask and sanitizer sanction immediately. Everyday our senior and PMT was in touch. We never felt alone.

Not much to learn, ok for freshers. They don't give much hike or increment on salary. Please don't join ADL. The worst department in Aristo.
